The visa waiver arrangement does not cover activities requiring permits or specific authorizations, and travellers are strongly advised to obtain the necessary approvals from relevant authorities before departure. ‘Travellers intending to undertake employment, study, residence, or any other activity for which a permit or specific authorisation is required must obtain the appropriate approval from the relevant authorities,’ the Ministry stated. It further cautioned that entry, health, and other requirements can change, necessitating travellers to verify current regulations before embarking on their journey.
