The family of British explorer Sir Ranulph Fiennes has reported a lack of contact for months, with relatives stating they haven’t been able to visit or communicate with him.
Arabella Pepper, his former sister-in-law, confirmed she didn’t know his whereabouts and hadn’t seen him.
Family members have alleged that Sir Ranulph, 82, has been admitted to care homes under assumed names following a family rift involving his second wife, Louise Milling-Cotes.
Sir Ranulph’s stepson, Alex Millington-Cotes, indicated he wanted to regain power of attorney and transfer it to individuals prioritizing his best interests.
Louise Milling-Cotes did not immediately respond, and the BBC requested comment.
