On Monday, the Keur Massar territorial police charged the worker M. A. Niang before the prosecutor Saliou Dicko, head of the police department of Pikine-Guédiawaye, for sexual assault and torture, extortion, kidnapping, and the collection of personal data. The 25-year-old unmarried man is suspected of sexual abuse against his two daughters, according to sources from Seneweb. The 27-year-old woman, M. A. Sall, had brought her youngest daughter, F. Ba, also a seamstress, to her marital home in Keur Massar to help with household chores. Meanwhile, her husband suspected an adult affair with the worker M. A. Niang, aged 25, and repudiated her. Mme Sall took an apartment in Keur Massar, where she lived in a concubinage with her lover. Her youngest daughter also lived with her. The worker Niang secretly scanned her WhatsApp contact of the lover. Everything went well until M. A. Niang intercepted a suspicious conversation between his mistress and another man. He then decided to punish her due to his infidelity. According to the investigation by the Keur Massar police station, the worker clashed with the woman’s refusal to have sex with her via anal means. He claimed that she would not experience any pleasure. She was bound and beaten with a phone charger cable, and then sodomized, according to the dossier submitted to the prosecutor Dicko’s table. After satisfying her libido, the lover filmed the victim completely nude with the phone she had. After being treated at the hospital, the woman, with a medical certificate attesting to a temporary inability to work for 15 days, filed a complaint against her.
A police investigation revealed that the employee was also involved in a romantic relationship with the minor sister of the aggrieved woman. The suspect threatened the woman with the dissemination of her private videos in order to have sex with her absent of her sister. The woman discovered these facts at the police station. Ms. Ba transitioned from the status of a witness to that of the aggrieved woman. According to the court’s records, the employee Niang acknowledged the facts: “I have a habit of having sexual relations via anal means with M. A. Sall. This time, she refused. I wanted to punish her.” She also stated that she had sex with the minor sister of her lover, whom she considered her wife. A medical certificate was issued to confirm that Ms. Sall suffered sexual assault via anal means. The gynecologist noted lesions at the level of her posterior. In the course of the procedure, the suspect was taken into custody in the basement of the Grand Instance Court of Pikine-Guédiawaye.
