Tyler Perry has announced the sale of his $57 million Beverly Hills mansion, relocating to Puerto Rico in 2027. The property, situated behind the Beverly Ridge Estates gates, was previously purchased for $4.3 million in 2004 and has grown into a sprawling compound catering to Perry’s high-profile guest list. The estate encompasses 22.5-acre grounds with an eight-bedroom residence and twelve-bathroom suites. Perry is clearing out his California real estate portfolio to focus on a lifestyle overhaul, listing his property for $57 million – a significant downsizing compared to its previous value. Perry is also selling his Jackson Hole property for $39.5 million, bringing his total asking price to $96.5 million. The move reflects a major strategic shift in his operations as he prepares for a new phase. The sale comes as Perry is slated to relocate to Puerto Rico in 2027, while also scaling back his work schedule, driven by a significant reduction in his California presence.
