He spent 13 years with Architectural and Engineering Services Limited (AESL), Ho, where he oversaw significant construction and civil engineering projects, culminating in his role as Principal Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant at the Land Use and Spatial Planning Authority (LUSPA).
