Nguvu Holdings Limited, the parent company of Adamus Resources, has vehemently denied allegations of a US$224 million share fraud involving its Director and Secretary, Moses Bosompem. The company issued a formal statement on Wednesday, dismissing reports originating from the publication ‘Ghana News Online’ on August 24, 2026, which alleged that Bosompem was arrested at the airport over this matter.
Nguvu Holdings asserts that the allegations are unequivocally false and misleading, stemming from a deliberate attempt to prejudice the public against Mr. Bosompem, Ms. Angela List, and Nguvu Mining Limited. The company stated that the publication sought to misrepresent facts and that Allan Morrison, Paul List, and Mike Cooke were behind the fabricated narrative.
In response, Nguvu Holdings provided a detailed account of investigations into the matter. According to the company, initial inquiries identified Allan Morrison, Paul List, and Mike Cooke as individuals involved in the publication’s content. Nguvu Holdings confirmed that Mr. Bosompem has not been arrested, nor has he been charged with any share fraud. The official Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) register, which was cited by the publication, shows that Mr. Bosompem was duly appointed as the Director and Secretary of Adamus Resources Pty Limited on October 20, 2022. The register confirms this appointment, alongside copies of the records submitted to the appropriate authorities.
Further investigation revealed that the company has also submitted evidence to the National Media Commission and the leadership of the Ghana Journalists Association, indicating that the CID is currently investigating the matter. The CID has not determined the validity of the alleged share transfer, nor has it found any criminal offense.
Nguvu Holdings further emphasizes that the Australian judgment concerning the 7 November 2022 share transfer form was materially misrepresented. The court did not determine the validity of the transfer, nor did it rule on the legality of the share transfer. The case is ‘Morrison v Woodthorpe [No. 3] [2022] WASC 454’ and was delivered on 22 December 2022. The case concerned the validity of changes to the directors and secretary of Adamus Australia in Australia. The Court did not determine the ownership of Adamus Resources Limited.
The publication also admitted that Mr. Bosompem was only an employee of BCM Ghana Ltd, who handled the mail for Ms. Angela List at the time, and that he was never a shareholder of Adamus Resources Limited. The Australian proceedings concerned the dispute between the separated spouses, Paul and Angela List, and was being conducted through proxies. The company further pointed out that Mr. Bosompem’s representation as a director of ashell company is criminal and Adamus resources limited has commenced both criminal and civil action against him.
Nguvu Holdings further stated that Allan Morrison’s appointment as Director of Adamus Australia, was only to temporarily absorb the company from Endeavour mining and to wind it up. Indeed, Allan Morrison is aware and was involved only with the winding up process which commenced in 2017. The address of Adamus Australia is therefore Allan Morrison’s 2 bedroom house in a suburb in Western Australia.
It is vital to note that the Australian Court itself recognized that the litigation arose from the dispute between the separated spouses, Paul and Angela List, and was being conducted through proxies. The present attempt to convert that longstanding family and corporate-control dispute into a criminal case gives rise to serious concern that the criminal process is being used by Paul List, Allan Morrison and persons aligned with them to intimidate Ms Angela List to claim control of Adamus Resources through means other than the lawful corporate and judicial processes.
Nguvu Holdings and Nguvu Mining reserve all their rights. The publication has been tasked with retracting the false headline and publication, publishing a detailed rejoinder with equal prominence, and ceasing all attempts to mislead the public. The Ghana Police Service is urged to investigate any complaint impartially, and to treat this falsehood as deception of public officers, with the punishment attached to such crime.
