The board’s rejection, delivered to inboxes since 1999, directly contradicted the Housewives’ argument that Eminem’s delay was driven by a deliberate attempt to push them into unnecessary expenses. The board also rejected the Housewives’ claim that Eminem’s actions were motivated by bad faith or unfair prejudice by raising the issue late in the discovery process. Furthermore, the board found no evidence of prejudice against the Applicants, rejecting the motion for leave to amend.
