Fan Milk PLC, a Danone company, has reaffirmed its strong growth trajectory and commitment to sustainable business practices following its annual Facts Behind the Figures stakeholder engagement session. This meeting convened over 100 shareholders, analysts, regulators, media representatives, and other key stakeholders virtually, providing a platform for the company’s leadership team to share insights into its financial performance, strategic goals, and dedication to sustainability. The session underscored FanMilk’s continued momentum and long-term outlook, reflecting a robust business performance in 2025. Revenue increased by 46% to GHS1.0 billion from GHS683.8 million in 2024, demonstrating a significant expansion. Gross profit rose by 47% to GHS364.5 million, while net profit increased by 38% to GHS68.3 million, reflecting disciplined execution and operational excellence. Earnings per share also climbed to GHS0.59, a testament to the company’s financial discipline. The positive results were driven by the successful execution of the ‘Bringing Back the Pride by Fixing the Fundamentals’ strategy, alongside sustaining double-digit growth across key product categories and strengthening route-to-market execution. Furthermore, FanMilk has achieved notable progress in sustainability, recovering more than 11.2 million plastic wrappers, achieving 100% recyclable packaging across its portfolio, expanding renewable energy investments through solar installations, and advancing responsible water stewardship initiatives. The company also successfully attained both B Corp Certification and Living Wage Certification in 2025, reinforcing its commitment to responsible business practices and employee well-being. Beyond financial metrics, FanMilk highlighted significant improvements in profitability and efficiency, demonstrating a return on investment through its operational excellence. The company’s Dan’Care programme provides comprehensive health and income protection support to all employees, ensuring their continued success. Looking ahead, FanMilk is focused on accelerating growth across all categories from 2026 to 2030, while continuing to deliver value to consumers, shareholders, employees, and communities. The company remains guided by its purpose of bringing health through food to as many people as possible. Fan Milk Plc, a Danone company, is a renowned manufacturer and distributor of dairy products and beverages in Ghana, and is deeply invested in the region. The company is committed to providing refreshing and delicious products to its valued customers while maintaining high standards of quality and sustainability. The company’s wastewater from factory processes is thoroughly treated before being released into the Korle River, demonstrating its commitment to environmental stewardship. The company’s 1,100 m³/day treatment plant meets not only Ghana’s environmental standards but also the stricter global standards set by Danone. This facility came into full operation following the validation of all performance tests, ensuring we maintain the highest levels of environmental compliance. Fan Milk PLC, the heritage brand that almost every Ghanaian has fond memories of while growing up, remains committed to delivering quality products to its valued customers.
