On Sunday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced a rejection of the agreement, asserting that Israeli forces would not withdraw from Gaza until Hamas is ‘genuinely disarmed’. Three days later, air strikes resumed, further intensifying the violence. The Israeli military has targeted more than 1,250 Palestinians since the ceasefire’s implementation on October 10, 2025, a figure that has been reported by the Gaza Ministry of Health. In response, Palestine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates called for the implementation of the Gaza Peace Plan, condemning attacks against Palestinians returning to Gaza and continued settler attacks in the West Bank.
