Under the leadership of John Dramani Mahama, Winneba witnessed remarkable development in 2014 with the implementation of the Affordable Housing Project. This initiative saw the construction of 50-unit, 3-bedroom affordable housing units, providing modern, comfortable homes for residents.
In addition to housing, the project also included the development of a Landing Beach Site, designed to enhance the fishing industry, create jobs, and boost the local economy.
